Programs
Duluth LISC provides a variety of programs and services to CDCs to help them strengthen and revitalize neighborhoods through the development of affordable and mixed income housing, improvements in aging commercial corridors, creation of jobs and economic development.
In collaboration with CDCs and other public and private partners, LISC helps identify local priorities and challenges, and then delivers program support to meet these needs.
Working with our many partners, these programs include organizational support, technical assistance and training, financial tools, program initiatives, and public policy.
