Housing Authority Resource Center
Included in the resources that National LISC provides to local LISC offices is the Housing Authority Resource Center (HARC) which works with local LISC sites and their local Housing and Redevelopment Authority offices.
Duluth LISC’s partnership with National LISC’s HARC has helped build the capacity of the Duluth HRA to partner with local CDCs to address Duluth’s housing shortage.
In addition, HARC and Duluth LISC have also assisted the Duluth HRA staff in developing a strategic plan.
