Mini-Permanent Financing
While LISC is not in the position
to make long-term permanent loans to projects, we do make interim loans (2-5
years) or mini-permanent loans, which can be up to 15 years, depending on the
source of our funds.
We sometimes amortize loans over a longer period than
the term of the loans, with a balloon payment due at maturity.
