Mentoring Program

LISC's Mentoring program pairs staff of Milwaukee community-based development organizations with out-of-town organizations having a high degree of expertise in a particular area of development. 

Milwaukee participants in the program spend two to three days with their peer in the peer's home city, seeing and learning firsthand.  The result is a one-on-one working relationship in which the mentee can learn to improve the organization’s ability to plan and to manage the development process.
