The LASBC is a focused, technical assistance strategy program designed for underserved small businesses with specific needs around accounting, legal, and marketing needs that help scale and sustain their businesses. The Green-It component is intended to introduce underserved contractors and construction companies to certifications in building, repair, and renovations for both residential and commercial properties using clean energy products. Using clean energy products and resources creates eco-friendly properties in communities.esidents and community groups in underinvested places know best what will make their neighborhoods thrive. More affordable housing, better schools, lively commercial districts, quality jobs, safer streets—these are things all residents want. The ideas and vision are there, but too often, what's missing is the capital to get these projects realized. That’s where LISC lending comes in.
