In collaboration with a network of partners dedicated to growing opportunities for entrepreneurs who are traditionally underrepresented in the business world, we provide training, capital, and contracting opportunities to women- and minority- owned businesses and startups statewide. Our shared goal is to increase the odds that these businesses will succeed, grow, and advance in wealth- and income-building opportunities in traditionally underserved neighborhoods.
