The CDFI Racial Equity Collaborative on Education came together in a recent blog post to share the experiences and lessons they have learned to help guide similar organizations as they try to center their lending, investing, and operational work around racial equity principles. These CDFIs came together to share their experiences as many organizations around the country commit to racial equity.
The challenges and lessons learned are the following:

- Qualitative Measures on Racial Equity are Hard to Extract, but they can Lead to More Precision in Evaluating Impact.
