Nutshell Associates, LLC

Nutshell Associates LLC are financial consultants and registered municipal advisors that work with charter schools on improving access to capital, including enhancing rating agency and investor relations and articulating environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. We collaborate with existing financial advisory or investment banking service providers or work with schools directly.

Nutshell Associates offers assistance to charter schools, CMOs, bond underwriters, major national banks, CDFI lenders, regional banks and local banks. During recent charter school projects they have provided the following services: credit estimates, management preparation for investor calls, management preparation for rating agency meetings, social bond verification analysis, new bond issue due diligence, and charter school database development.
