Our Priorities

LISC Connecticut promotes comprehensive community development solutions that build capacity at the local level to make concrete positive change for residents. LISC’s programs focus on affordable housing and community development, community leadership, financial stability, strengthening neighborhoods, and child care. LISC staff provide financial and technical assistance to local, community-based organizations, working to build strong and sustainable places.

LISC works in Connecticut’s cities to promote urban neighborhood revitalization and in suburbs and small towns to support resident-led efforts to expand affordable housing.
