Rylan Collins joined LISC in September of 2023 as a Lending Program Officer for LISC DC where he is responsible for various lending activities. With seven years of lending experience, Rylan previously worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC Bank and a Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley. He later served as a Loan Officer at Fortis Mortgage, specializing in minority wealth building through homeownership. Rylan's dedication to community-centered work stems from his passion for supporting homeownership access and financial literacy in underserved communities. He graduated from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where he also played soccer.
