It's the comprehensive development that grows local job opportunities and incomes, and brings goods and services to places where they're needed.
Duluth LISC's small business loan program offers financing to small, for-profit businesses for everything from acquisition to equipment to working capital and storefront enhancement. Working with the Entrepreneur Fund, we offer a dynamic business training program designed to accelerate and ease the transition from small business owner to CEO.
Duluth LISC provides operating support to Ecolibrium3 and the Entrepreneur Fund to lead revitalization efforts in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Advancing Lincoln Park is a group of neighborhood businesses bringing seasoned and new entreprenuers together to forge the Lincoln Park Craft Business District.
