Commercial Corridors
Duluth LISC engages local leadership in planning, implementing and coordinating strategies to revitalize commercial corridors and stimulate economic activity.
Working with its partner, the Entrepreneur Fund, LISC provides loans to neighborhood businesses for working capital and storefront improvements. LISC loans offer 0% interest up to $10,000 and may be used for a portion of the project up to 50%. Additional financing is available at market rate through the Entrepreneur Fund, which administers LISC's loan programs.
Lincoln Park is becoming a destination neighborhood for entrepreneurs and shoppers in the Duluth area and beyond. Duluth LISC provides operating support to Ecolibrium3 and the Entrepreneur Fund to lead the revitalization efforts.
