Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is the nation’s leading community development organization, with 37 local offices and wide-ranging rural program that works with communities across the country. In collaboration with local groups, LISC helps identify priorities and challenges for low-income communities, formulate comprehensive strategies to address them and deliver the most effective support to meet the needs on the ground. 

Duluth LISC is dedicated to working with residents and community-based development organizations to transform neighborhoods into healthy places to live, do business, work, and raise families.
