National Programs and Affiliates
As a community development intermediary, Duluth LISC’s role is to identify needs and opportunities, leverage resources and convene partnerships that “break out of the silos” that often restrict a community's ability to move forward. We do this by providing technical assistance and financing, bringing new resources to the community and building the capacity of organizations to implement programs and projects that ensure that both people and places will benefit.
As part of a national network, we are able to leverage funds and expertise via National LISC that would not otherwise be available in Duluth. Since we opened in 1997, we have brought in over $74 million in direct investment from national LISC and its affiliates.
