How do you feel about your community? Let your voice be heard by taking our short 8-10 minute survey and be entered to win a $50 gift card!

LISC Greater Cincinnati, Blume Community Partners, and The United Way of Greater Cincinnati have teamed up to conduct a survey to help us better understand how the community has changed over time. We are looking for individuals who live, work, or own a business in the following nine-county service areas:

Southwest Ohio: Hamilton, Brown, Clermont
Northern Kentucky: Boone, Campbell, Grant, Kenton
Southeast Indiana: Dearborn, Ohio

In appreciation for your time and sharing your thoughts, at the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to enter to win a $50 gift card! Winners will be notified at the end of each month of June, July, and August.
