As 2024 winds to a close, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible strides we’ve made this year thanks to your unwavering support. Together, we are creating projects and programs that are truly transforming Greater Cincinnati.
Here are just a few ways we’ve made a difference this year:
Homeownership Preservation: We launched the Revive + Thrive Home Repair Loan Program in partnership with Hamilton County, helping homeowners make critical repairs. Together, we’re building safe, stable communities and supporting generational wealth.
Affordable Housing Innovations: Exciting projects like the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus in Price Hill and The Barrister in the Central Business District have added affordable housing and vibrant spaces to energize our neighborhoods.
Economic Empowerment: Through our Financial Opportunity Centers®, participants increased their net monthly income by an average of $2,345 and boosted their credit scores by 54 points. That’s a huge step toward closing racial wealth gaps and creating opportunity for all.
