Join us for a conversation about preparing and supporting households as they begin the homeownership journey at our upcoming webinar on September 12. Increasing access to homeownership is a key recommendation in both Housing Our Future and the Roadmap for Increasing Black Homeownership. Homeownership serves as a cornerstone for building generational wealth, empowering families to create lasting financial legacies. Our partners will share their experience implementing creative programs to support homebuyers. We will be joined by representatives from Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) and Brighton Center, two organizations that have provided financial training, coaching, and homeownership preparation and counseling support for decades. Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (POAH) will share its Family Self-Sufficiency program available to their residents in Cincinnati. Cornerstone Renter Equity will share their family centered approach to asset building and personal growth. The tools provided by these partners support households on their journey to homeownership, playing a critical role in creating balanced, equitable communities where everyone can achieve their goals. Featured speakers: Hope Wilson Jennifer Wiley Julianna Stuart-Lomax Alisa Berry The webinar will be moderated by Larry Williams, Housing Our Future Steering Committee member and Board Chair of Cornerstone Renter Equity.
