100% Housing

LISC, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Loveland Technologies are partnering on a year-long quest to generate new, creative approaches to match the 40,000 vacant housing units in Hamilton County with the 40,000 unit deficit of affordable homes. The initiative brings together diverse stakeholders to collaborate on the development of a holistic plan for long-term impact.

The 100% Housing initiative is a joint effort of over 40 local partners including City and County officials and more than 70 members from different organizations working in 3 teams: Portfolio, Planning, and Real Estate Operations and Finance. Establishing a team of experts to lead these committees and develop both short and long term comprehensive strategies is what what the collective is aiming for.
