LISC Indianapolis is thrilled to announce the appointment of Andrea McGordon to its Local Advisory Board. With an impressive background in banking and community development, Andrea's expertise will be a significant asset in furthering LISC Indianapolis' mission of fostering inclusive community development and revitalization.

As the Vice President of Community Outreach & Financial Empowerment at Old National Bank, Andrea has dedicated her career to enhancing financial literacy and empowering communities. Her appointment to LISC’s Local Advisory Board marks a new chapter in her journey of community service.

When asked about her motivation to join LISC’s Local Advisory Board, Andrea shared, “LISC has a long-standing reputation in our community and throughout our nation for leading innovative and strategic work in underserved communities. Having the opportunity to join the LISC LAB will enable me to bring the wealth of resources from my employer, Old National Bank, and my long-standing personal commitment to community to support the LISC team as we grow forward.”

Andrea's vision for her role in LISC is both inspiring and ambitious. She aims to build on the current successes and bring a fresh perspective to the organization. “By coming alongside the current team and building on the successes already achieved, I hope to bring a fresh perspective and excitement to grow effective organizational strategies for sustainability, growth, and impact,” she added.
