LISC Indianapolis Welcomes Rosalie Cronley to the Local Advisory Board

9.06.2024

LISC Indianapolis is excited to announce the appointment of Rosalie Cronley, Vice President and Community Development Officer at PNC, to its Local Advisory Board. With a passion for collaboration and innovative solutions, Rosalie brings a bold vision and extensive expertise to help drive LISC’s mission of creating resilient and inclusive communities.

A guiding value in Rosalie’s work and life is courage. “Courage to try new things, to fail, and to speak up and let my voice be heard,” she shares. This aligns closely with LISC’s approach of empowering communities to think creatively and work collaboratively to build vibrant neighborhoods. “LISC’s mission to forge resilient and inclusive communities, together with residents and partners, speaks to their courage and willingness to collaborate and embrace new ideas.”

Rosalie believes that true community development requires partnership and fresh thinking. “Community development can make a lasting impact when residents and partners come together to think outside the box,” she notes. “It takes a village to solve challenges, and through direct dialogue and innovative ideas, we can drive positive, lasting change.”

With a career dedicated to improving lives through community development, Rosalie carries a simple yet profound piece of wisdom with her: “If you can make a positive impact in just one person’s life, the day was a success.”

We are thrilled to have Rosalie Cronley join LISC Indianapolis’ Local Advisory Board and look forward to her contributions in helping create thriving communities across Indianapolis!
