Affordable Housing
Indianapolis is facing a severe shortage of affordable housing affecting all categories of persons with low income. The existing affordable housing stock does not meet the needs of LMI households and there is too little new supply being built in the Indianapolis neighborhoods which we serve. This circumstance persists despite the existence of a large number of residential lots, the single largest category of opportunity sites for affordable housing in neighborhoods.
