Nominate a Transformational Person, Project, or Organization

LISC Jacksonville will host its biennial Community Development Awards on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Ritz Theatre & Museum in the Historic La Villa neighborhood.

Bringing together community members, city leaders, businesses, foundations, and nonprofit organizations from across Northeast Florida, the Community Development Awards recognize the inspiring and innovative people, projects, and organizations who are having a transformational impact on Jacksonville’s communities.

Nominate a person, project, or organization today!

The three Community Development Awards categories include:

JF Bryan Award
Recognizes a Community Development Corporation (CDC) or non-profit 501(c)3 organization that has provided collaboration, leadership in bringing diverse voices to improve community through targeted programs, initiatives, or physical development.

Janet Owens Award
Recognizes an individual who has served as a catalyst for one of the following three pillars: Community Development, Safety and Justice, or Family Wealth Creation.

Igniter Award
Recognizes a real estate project that advances the urban core in Jacksonville’s underserved neighborhoods.

Nominations are due Thursday, February 29, 2024, by 5 p.m.
