Logan Gatti
Deputy Director
dgatti@lisc.orgLogan brings a wide breadth of experience in economic development, civic engagement, and healthcare to LISC. He most recently served as Director of the Health Enterprises Network at GLI, where he oversaw workforce development and business expansion efforts, in addition to leading the restoration of statewide collaboration within the life science and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, he managed the economic development and small business support strategies for the Louisville Downtown Partnership, also serving on the Mayor's Downtown Revitalization Team. He began his career at Humana, working in both Humana's Commercial Pharmacy Strategies team and the Medicare Risk Management team. He and his wife Jasmine own and operate Fleur de Tea Cafe in Old Louisville and Norton Commons.
Logan attended the University of Louisville for both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and worked as the graduate assistant to the Department of Economics while there. He was commissioned to the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels in 2020 and has served in leadership positions for several non-profits and leadership organizations. He and his wife live in Old Louisville and enjoy walking their dogs through Central Park and trying all the amazing new restaurants in the city.
Shauntrice Martin
Program Officer, Economic Development
smartin@lisc.orgShauntrice Martin is the LISC Louisville program officer for economic development. She has over a decade of experience and in 2020 she created #FeedTheWest which distributed free healthy groceries to 50,000 residents in the West End of Louisville in less than six months.
Anita Phelps
Assistant Program Officer
aphelps@lisc.orgAnita Phelps is an experienced administrative professional and the new LISC Louisville assistant program officer. Before joining LISC, Anita worked as the Executive Administrator at OneWest. And a Passport Health Plan Executive Assistant where she supported the VP of Compliance.
