Financing
As a Community Development Financial Institution, or CDFI, we use our funds to provide loans, equity, and grants to local organizations and businesses leading projects and programs that help their communities.

We support community-based real estate preservation and creation through pre-development and acquisition lending, and have special resources to support equitable transit-oriented development. Our small business loans range from $1,000 to $1 million, and are accessible to many businesses that might not qualify for a traditional bank loan.

We make grants to help community development organizations build their capacity, and to support affordable housing owners in implementing clean energy and healthy housing strategies.

Our equity investments have financed neighborhood health centers, grocery stores, and affordable homes.
