LISC Massachusetts Offers Capacity Building Grants

LISC invites applications from community development corporations (CDCs) in Massachusetts for organizational capacity building support. Funds will be awarded under the Federal Section 4 Capacity Building program for Community Development and Affordable Housing. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2024. 

Priority will be given to applicants that are advancing equitable and inclusive investment in historically marginalized individuals and communities, particularly those organizations proposing work to grow their capacity in the areas of affordable housing production and preservation, small business support and development, green housing and green jobs training, and community leadership development.
