Despite the challenges that many commercial corridors face in low-income neighborhoods, public-private partnerships can provide targeted investments that help small businesses not merely survive but thrive amid change. Through the Commercial Corridor Challenge, LISC NYC is proud to be partnering with Citi Community Development and the NYC Department of Small Business Services to do just that in three New York City neighborhoods.
