About the project

The Osi Art Apartments are a partnership between URGE Development Group and N'Namdi Holdings. URGE Development Group is a real estate development and business innovation firm founded by Roderick A. Hardamon. Mr. Hardamon leverages his 20 years of experience in strategy, business innovation, mergers and acquisitions and operational transformation to enhance and accelerate each development and business URGE Development Group engages. N'Namdi Holdings is wholly-owned by George N'Namdi. Dr. N'Namdi has been a force in the Detroit area for more than three decades. He owns a number of galleries in Detroit and other cities.

Both URGE Development Group and N'Namdi Holdings are based in Detroit, MI.

LISC provided a $3.78 million constrution loan to support the development of Osi Art Apartments in the West End Gallery District of Detroit. This project includes the construction of a 17,000 square foot building with 30 residential units, 26 of which will be affordable, and 5,000 square feet of commercial space.
