Every three years our staff and stakeholders dig into deep conversations to consider where our energy and resources should be focused in the year ahead. We're excited to release the results, our 2025-2027 Strategic Plan.
Most notably, this new plan reflects the synergies we see across our program areas. Among the individual program area strategies, you'll see cross-references to parallel strategies in other program areas to denote specific areas of collaboration for our staff. This lens has also allowed us to regroup our programmatic work.
Community Power & Wellbeing folds in our healthy communities, climate resilience and anti-displacement work.
Income & Wealth Building and Entrepreneurship recognizes how strategies for our Financial Opportunity Center® network and small business technical assistance are converging to better serve entrepreneurs and their communities.
Child Care becomes its own strategy in recognition of how that work has accelerated.
Affordable Housing remains a cornerstone of our work.
And like our last plan, we've outlined our strategic imperatives, the guiding principles of how our local office believes in building equitable communities together.
