LISC San Antonio is grateful for our partners, friends, and supporters! On November 22, LISC SA held its third annual Community Development Celebration, a luncheon bringing together individuals and organizations who are working to make a difference here in San Antonio and Bexar County. At this luncheon, we recognized four San Antonio Impact Leaders (SAIL Honorees) for 2024 who have gone above and beyond in their service to the community throughout their careers.
This year’s Community Development Celebration centered on the issue of heirs’ property and tangled title. LISC San Antonio's 2024 Impact Leaders represent some of the organizations and individuals who work to prevent and resolve these clouded titles, in turn supporting the ability of San Antonio and Bexar County families to preserve and grow their assets.
LISC San Antonio’s Community Development Celebration wouldn’t be possible without the support of our event sponsors:

Thank you to our sponsors and to all of our partners, friends, and supporters who joined us at this year's Community Development Celebration and for the invaluable work you do throughout the year.
During the Community Development Celebration, LISC SA also released the heirs' property system analysis report: “Mi Casa de Corazón: Addressing Tangled Titles to Preserve Community Assets and Heritage.”
This system analysis by consultant Katherine Dillard Gonzalez of Ladder Logik documents the active organizations actively working to resolve and prevent clouded title issues in San Antonio, identifies the existing community capacity for addressing heirs’ properties, demonstrates the scale and impact of tangled title, and provides recommendations for improved coordination across the community.
Production of this report was supported by the Wells Fargo Foundation and JPMorgan Chase Foundation.
