Latino Small Business Relief Grant Program
Thanks to support from the San Diego Foundation, LISC San Diego’s Latino Small Business Relief Grant program will provide entrepreneurs with grants during the COVID-19 pandemic to help them stay in business and continue to contribute to their local economies.
Eligibility: Business must be
- At least 51% Latino/a-owned
- Located within County of San Diego boundaries
- Must provide documentation of negative COVID-19 impact on business
- Must be nominated by a partner Business Development Organization
*Businesses who have previously received a LISC grant are not eligible.

- Access, Inc.
- Diamond BID
- Hispanic Chamber
- La Mesa Chamber
- Logan Heights CDC
- Otay Mesa Chamber
- Vista Chamber
Grant size: $5,000
Eligible expenses:
- Rent and utilities
- Payroll
- Outstanding debt to vendors
- Upgrade technology infrastructure for remote delivery of services
- Emergency cash assistance for clients most in need
- Other immediate operational costs
