Local Advisory Committee

LISC Upstate's Local Advisory Committee (LAC) is comprised of regional community development experts. The advisory commitee unites partners from the sectos of local government, finanical services and philanthropy to work synchronously to enchance the cities of South Carolina; cultivating oppportunites for all.
