Oak and Ave Property Group

Oak and Ave Property Group was founded in 2021. Along with buying and selling homes, the Oak and Ave Property Group also offers clients a number of services from credit restoration assistance and financial literacy courses to home renovations. 

Oak and Ave is focused on providing access to homeownership to individuals who have traditonally lacked access to homeownership opportunities in the Spartanburg, SC area. 

LISC provided a $730,000 construction loan to support the development of four new houses in the urban core of Spartanburg, SC. Homes will be affordable to households making no more than 80% of AMI and will include a number of green features to keep utility costs low for homebuyers.
