We manage all aspects of a facilities projects including providing the following products and services: direct capital, strategic facility planning and feasibility assessment, site identification and selection, site due diligence, design development, fee-based development, project management, construction, post-construction/closeout, turnkey development as long-term landlord, and turnkey development with lease-to-purchase option.
