New SCI Neighborhood and Partner: Fairhill and HACE

Philadelphia LISC is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with HACE to support comprehensive community development in the Fairhill neighborhood.

Fairhill is now the fourth neighborhood to receive focused support as part of LISC’s Sustainable Communities Initiative (SCI) – a comprehensive effort that aligns resources and technical assistance to support resident-led efforts to implement neighborhood plans and priorities. Through the partnership, LISC will help HACE to grow its capacity to implement the Goodlands 2025 Neighborhood Plan and advance economic and racial equity in Fairhill, with a specific focus on:

• Healthy and Affordable Housing
• Economic Development
• Community Safety
• Community Engagement
