Emily Basham is an Associate Director on the Financing Programs team at the Connecticut Green Bank! She manages the Solar Marketplace Assistance Program that provides no-cost technical assistance and project financing to state, municipal, and affordable multifamily partners.

2023 has been a momentous year for LISC Connecticut, with new initiatives complementing our core programs, and a growing staff to implement them, joining our dedicated veterans. This work is described more fully in the reflections that follow.

LISC supports Advocacy to Legacy in Hartford. A2L, LLC was formed in 1991 by Violette Haldane to educate her family and community in how to advocate for themselves to be a driving force for change in their lives.
