APISBP, comprised of six organizations, supports small businesses as a means of community building, providing help with accessing capital, navigating public health requirements, establishing an online presence, and managing contracts and licensing, with language support in multiple languages.
The Center offers one-on-one advising and on-demand sessions to provide flexible assistance for underserved communities, helping small business owners with QuickBooks, business plans, marketing, and procurement, with language support available in English, Amharic, Spanish, Hindi, Korean, Urdu, and Tagalog.
Inclusive Action (formerly LURN) focuses on addressing access to capital as a root cause of urban poverty, offering small business owners, particularly street vendor entrepreneurs, loans ranging from $1,000 to $30,000 and small business coaching in technology, accounting, credit assistance, legal support, and permit application/renewal, with support provided in English and Spanish.
PACE offers comprehensive support to small business owners, including one-on-one advising, trainings, and programs, assisting with loans, procurement, E-commerce, licensing, permits, and business plan reviews, available in multiple languages.
The impact-driven Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation is dedicated to economic mobility for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and the next generation of the workforce, offering the programs, Small Business Strong, Resilient Business Advising and OneLA Inclusive Procurement, that provide assistance in increasing sales, accessing capital, improving operations and technologies, planning for long-term growth, and accessing procurement and contracting opportunities, with language support available in English and Spanish.
NEW provides comprehensive community support through affordable housing, charter schools, after-school programs, career services, food services, and their Women's Business Center (WBC), offering one-on-one advising, webinars, and promotional opportunities to assist small businesses with capital access, fashion industry support, business planning, and launch, in multiple languages.
Pacific Coast Regional has served the LA community for 44 years, providing support to small business owners through one-on-one advising, webinars, and cohort programs in various areas such as funding, loans, financial literacy, legal guidance, procurement, and marketing, with language support in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic.
Start Small Think Big supports under-resourced entrepreneurs and offers one-on-one advising services to those who have generated at least $500 in sales over the past three months, providing assistance in legal matters, marketing, finance, and scaling operations, with support available in English.
VSEDC collaborates with small businesses, both existing and startups, to enhance their operations and resilience for scaling, offering one-on-one professional services, training series, and workshops to provide assistance in social media, finance, legal lease issues, loan readiness, access to capital, growth planning, continuity planning, and technical assistance, with language support available in English and Spanish.

Businesses that are selected will complete a 10-week specialized training program to build the capacity of local diverse small businesses - grow and expand their capabilities to access new markets, and be prepared to secure and manage new contracting opportunities.
