Jessica Yager, Executive Director, NYU Furman Center
Jessica Yager is the Executive Director at the NYU Furman Center. She has led the NYU Furman Center’s policy work since 2012, first serving as Policy Director and then as Deputy Director. Prior to joining the NYU Furman Center, Jessica was the founding Director of the Foreclosure Prevention Project at Queens Legal Services. She has also worked as a senior staff attorney at the Office of the Appellate Defender; a clinical teaching fellow at the Center for Social Justice at Seton Hall University School of Law; and as a law clerk to the Honorable Napoleon A. Jones, Jr., United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Jessica received a J.D. from NYU School of Law, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern Public Interest Scholar, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Anand Marri, VP & Head of Outreach and Education, Federal Reserve Bank of New York
Anand R. Marri, Ph.D., is Vice President and Head of Outreach & Education at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He also holds a tenured associate professor position at Teachers College, Columbia University. In addition to publishing numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and several chapters, he has contributed articles to CNN and the New York Times and serves on the editorial boards of several leading journals. He has received grants from organizations such as Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Joyce Cowin Foundation, New York State Education Department, the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, an A.M. from Stanford University, and an A.B. from Bowdoin College.

Sam Marks, Executive Director, LISC New York City
Sam Marks is Executive Director LISC New York City. He is responsible for overseeing technical and management assistance to community development corporations, creating partnerships with nonprofits, government and the private sector, and setting the strategic direction for LISC NYC’s financing and public policy functions. Before joining LISC in 2014, he was Vice President at the Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation, and Director of Housing Development at the Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation (WHEDCo), a community-based affordable housing and services provider in the Bronx. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Brown University and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Urban Planning from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Eva Neubauer Alligood, Deputy Director, LISC New York City
Eva Alligood is the Deputy Director of LISC New York City, where she develops strategic initiatives and fosters partnerships with government, philanthropy and the nonprofit sector to support community development. She began her career at the Pratt Center for Community Development, and then held several positions at the Corporation for Supportive Housing. Before joining LISC NYC in 2012, Eva served as Vice President for Strategic Planning and Communications at the Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation (WHEDCo), a community-based affordable housing provider in the Bronx. Eva holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute.
