Beverly J. Smith
Vice President
Beverly oversees the management of the NFL Foundation’s Grassroots Program, the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation (Atlanta United Community Fund) GA 100 Mini Pitch Field Program, the Foot Locker Community Empowerment Program and the Dick’s Sporting Goods- Game On Places to Play Initiative. These programs provide financing and technical assistance to under-resourced neighborhood-based organizations serving youth, parks and recreation departments, schools and other community based organizations across the nation to improve the quality, safety and accessibility of local football fields, basketball courts, mini pitch soccer fields, recreation spaces and youth programming opportunities, all aimed at bridging the gap in health, wealth and opportunity, particularly those driven by racial inequity.
Beverly manages all aspects of these partnerships with funding provided by the NFL Foundation, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, The Dick’s Sporting Goods Foundation and the Foot Locker Foundation, Inc. LEED Initiative.
Crystal Hunter
Senior Program Officer
Crystal serves as the Senior Program Officer with LISC Sports & Recreation Department. Crystal assists in program management and provides technical assistance to LISC Sports & Recreation team, local LISC Office Staff and grantees funded by Sports & Recreation Department’s funded programs; NFL Foundation Grassroots Program, The Atlanta United Foundation's GA 100 Program, The Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program and Dick’s Sporting Goods Foundation Program. She also supports the Sports & Recreation Team in project tracking and monitoring, conducting research and data collection for the portfolio of projects with NFL, AUF, Foot Locker and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Kian Furnace
Program Officer
Kian assists in the program management of LISC’s Sports & Recreation's current partners that include the NFL Foundation Grassroots Program, the Atlanta United Foundation's GA 100 Program, Dick's Sporting Goods "Game On-Community Places to Play Initiative", and the Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program. In his role, Kian also supports the Sports & Recreation team in project tracking and monitoring, research, and data collection for the portfolio of projects related to current funders, supporters and potential partners within the youth development and sports industry.
Oneido Luis
Assistant Program Officer
Oneido Luis serves as the Assistant Program Officer with LISC Sports & Recreation Department. In this role he provides program management and technical assistance to a diverse portfolio of programs across the United States. These include: the NFL Foundation Grassroots Program, the Atlanta United Foundation's GA 100 Program, the Dick's Sporting Goods "Game On-Community Places to Play Initiative," and the Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment.
Mark Conyers
Administrative Coordinator III
As Administrative Assistant III, Mark assists the Sports & Recreation Program team and local LISC sites with the management and tracking of specific grant projects, including project budgets and disbursements, timelines, technical assistance, data collection and specific reporting requirements related to the Sports & Recreation programs. Mark also provides crucial administrative day to day support to the Sports & Recreation team that helps keep the program initiatives on goal.
