LISC provided a construction loan to finance the acquisition and adaptive reuse renovations of two office/warehouse buildings in Jacksonville, Florida's historic Springfield community.
Brentwood For-Sale Homes
LISC provided a $475,000 loan to MNCDC to support the construction of four single-family homes in the Brentwood community. Homes will be sold to buyers at a pricing level that equates to less than 80% of AMI. Buyers are enrolled in the Urban League of Jacksonville's home buyer education program and will have access to down payment assistance through the City of Jacksonville.
