LISC provided $1,625,000 loan through our partnerships with MacKenzie Scott and the Ewing Marion Kaufman Foundation in order to fund 15th & H which is a 190-unit workforce, TOD multifamily development. The project will include 38 units that will be at or below 60% AMI as well as 152 units that will be at the market rate. There will also be several ammenities such as a rooftop garden, transit hub, and commercial space.
Healing House Administrative Building
LISC provided Healing House a loan to refinance existing debt, replace the roof and install solar panels on the organization's administrative building.
5th and Main
LISC provided financing to support predevelopment costs for 5th and Main, a 300-unit infill development project located adjacent to the historic City Market.
