Kids in the Spotlight Office & Studio
LISC provided KITS with a $1.93 million loan to acquire their office and studio space in Van Nuys, CA. The loan supports the long-term stability of the organization through rent replacement strategy and allows them to focus on providing workforce training and social services to youth in and transitioning out of foster care.

LISC provided a predevelopment loan to support a 110-unit housing development that will include units affordable to housolds earning between 30-50% of AMI.
