LISC provided construction financing to support the 110 Lenox Avenue Cluster Project, which will substantially rehabilitaty and create a total of 55 rental and for-sale units of affordable housing and four ground-floor commercial units across four NYC-owned buildings through NYC HPD's Affordable Neighborhood Cooperative Program (ANCP).
Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services Head Start
LISC provided a construction loan to support the rehabilitation of 822 Dumont Avenue. The building will be occupied by Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services' Head Start program.
