LISC provided a line of credit to CaringWorks to bridge state and city grants for health and housing services provided by the organization.

LISC provided a $2.25 million predevelopment loan to support the new construction of 156 multifamily units, of which 136 will be affordable in downtown Atlanta, in partnership with Atlanta First United Methodist Church.
