LISC provided a construction loan to The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati Inc., facilitating the rehabilitation of the nation's oldest professional theatre dedicated to children.
Findlay Parkside
LISC provided a $6.34 million bridge loan to support the redevelopment of 11 buildings in the Over-the-Rhine community of Cincinnati. Findlay Parkside is the fourth phase of a $125 million master plan for the broader Market District. LISC also supported previous phases of the plan, including Findlay Center and Market Square.

Corporations have been buying real estate in record numbers in recent years. The surge in investor ownership has been keenly felt in Ohio, where one out of every six homes sold in 2022 was purchased by a corporation.
