About the project


Founded in 2006, Dakota Partners, Inc. is a real estate developer and builder involved in the acquisition and repositioning of existing real estate, as well as the development of real estate from the ground up. With a focus on residential development, Dakota is involved in multi-family rental communities and for-sale projects in both urban and suburban areas and develops affordable and market rate and mixed income communities. To date, Dakota has developed over 1,000 residential units and acquired or completed the renovation of over 100 residential properties, primarily in the New England area.

LISC provided $2.6 million through our partnership with the Connecticut Housing Finance Finance Authority in order to fund the 179 Allyn St project in Hartford, Connecticut that will support the project to continue operations. The project currently has 63 units, 13 of which are at 100% AMI. LISC's financial loan support will allow the project to overcome previous obstacles and continue to provide afforadble housing to residents in Hartford.
