Founded in 2019, Signature Development was created by Robert Maloy and Frank Newsome to improve the quality of families and communities, by helping to develop, produce and manage affordable housing while creating opportunities for wealth generation through real estate investment.

Signature Development is located in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

LISC facilitated a $1.70 million loan for the redevelopment of a single-family home and lot located at 9 Clark Place, aimed at transforming the parcel in alignment with Tacoma's updated zoning policies, emphasizing denser housing. This loan was financed through LISC's partnership with MacKenzie Scott.
