About the project
Founded in 2019, Piquette Partners LLC was formed to develop real estate in Detroit.
LISC provided a $4.9 million construction loan to support the Bagley Vision project, which will rehabilitate a former industrial property in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood adjacent to Michigan Central Station Development and Joe Louis Greenway. This project was partly financed through LISC Detroit's partnership with the State of Michigan's CDFI fund.
