ONE Neighborhood Builders (formerly Olneyville Housing Corporation) develops affordable housing and engages neighbors across Greater Providence to cultivate healthy, vibrant, and safe communities. Founded in 1988, ONE Neighborhood Builders has developed 458 affordable apartments and 130 home ownership opportunities, advancing its mission by addressing root causes of health disparities, embracing innovation, and building the community development field.
ONE Neighborhood Builders is headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island and engages neighbors across the Greater Providence area.
LISC provided a $250,000 bridge loan to support the creation of long-term affordable rental housing in the Olneyville neighborhood of Providence. The Bowdoin Street Apartments initiative will re-build, re-activate and re-occupy a vacant section of the Olneyville neighborhood in-line with articulated community demands.
