Mitchell Properties LLC is based in Boston, MA and operates exclusively in Massachusetts.

LISC provided a $1.24 million acquisition and predevelopment loan to support the development of Cable Mills Phase III, a newly constructed 4-story elevator building with 54 residential apartments. Twenty-seven units will be restricted for households earning up to 60% of area median income (AMI), with seven units specifically reserved for households earning no more than 30% of AMI.
