Since 1981, the Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (Cabrillo EDC) has been guided by a simple belief: a home is much more than just a structure or a place to live. LISC provided a $1.88 million permanent loan to support the Courtyard at Harvard Apartments project. LISC's loan will refinance sponsor debt, pay off a developer fee and recapitalize the replacement reserve for a 35 unit affordable multifamily housing property in Santa Paula, CA.
